1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The item is unused and in resalable condition.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used cosmetic or personal care products.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Clearance or final sale items marked as non-refundable.

  • Items returned after the return period.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to Order History.

  2. Select the item you wish to return and submit a Return Request.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping and logistics costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the product.
